Explanation of the different Order Statuses:
Pending payment = Awaiting payment authorization
Processing = Payment confirmed
On Hold = Finalizing order 
Completed  = Submission complete

Please note: all song files used for submissions are periodically removed from our platform server. This has no bearing on your entry as they are stored offline. However, you may not be able to listen to older submissions through this platform.
