SONGWRITING insideOUT™ features a variety of songwriters, both seasoned vets and beginners. The series gives you a look into the processes and nuances of songwriting, creativity and collaboration.

In this video, former Grand Prize Winner Matt Epp discusses what is was like to win ISC, which included a nine-day recording package prize from Dark Horse Recording, and how he continues to evolve his songwriting process, focusing more on resonating with the heart of the listener versus a more commercial approach.
